Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Accountant to join a thriving team in Fresno California. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in accounting, particularly adept with QuickBooks and managing multiple entities. The successful candidate will be integral in ensuring seamless financial operations while delivering excellent customer service in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Possessing a strong accounting background with three-plus years of experience; additional schooling is a bonus.
• Exhibiting strong QuickBooks skills, including proficiency in reconciliation, A/P, A/R, chart of accounts, cash, and check receivables and deposits.
• Managing and working with multiple entities, totaling six.
• Providing exceptional customer service and thriving in a fast-paced atmosphere.
• Handling tenant management, including leases, insurance, tenant correspondence, and rents.
• Executing year-end financial tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Bachelor's Degree.(preffered)
